#ScanBox Ergo Line Combo A4 + H8 is a box with stacked cabinets for ambient and hot holding. This allows you to distribute food at the perfect temperature with modest space requirements. The #ScanBox hot holding cabinet is heated statically up to +90°C. Infinitely variable temperature setting is performed via the digital display. #ScanBox LED-lights indicate when the selected temperatures have been reached. Ergonomic push/pull handles on the back of the box ensure easy and safe operation. The #ScanBox hot cabinet is offered with convection heating as an option. The ambient cabinet is offered with eutectic plate as an option to use as a cold cabinet.

#ScanBox Ergo Line Combo A4 + H8 is manufactured with #ScanBox unique Temp-Stop technology. This maximizes the insulation capacity while minimizing the energy consumption. Detachable racks allow for easy cleaning. #ScanBox Racks with integrated air gaps generate free air circulation inside the box for an even temperature distribution.
